If you do your best in everything that you do and you don’t give up that is what persistence is called.  If you really want to accomplish something but you keep on making excuses about life that will just lead you to failure because you are putting your own self down. Matt bondi began competing in the Olympic in 1984-1992, he would always compete in his early age but always lost but he put persistence in to a goal that he wanted.

The answers to these questions will determine your success or failure:
1. Can people trust me to do what’s right?
I believe that people can trust me to do what is right with anything because I am the type of person that no matter what I always think of what would happen if I would choose the wrong thing and I always go for the good because I have learned from my own experiences.
2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
I actually have failed when I was in my 7th grade because I didn’t care about anything but know that I am older I believe that I try my very best in some ways.
3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
I do treat other the way that I want to be treated because I believe that no one deserves to be treated in a bad way because everyone has equal rights.
If the answers to these questions are YES! , there is no ways you can fail.” -Lou Holts

“Never look to the ground for your next step. Greatness belongs to those who look to the horizon.”
-Bud greenspan

Reflection:

You should never put your head down because that means that you are giving up in some ways, but in the other way it means that whenever you are looking for that next step in your life you never should look down because that would be like choosing something that is bad. For example, if you want to get engaged in two years and you keep on finding an excuse on every chance that you get, you should ALWAYS look back to all those great MEMORIES that you passed with that person instead of looking at all the bad things that are in that person so in other words you should ALWAYS see the good in the person you LOVE instead of the bad.

President Kennedy said in the video that the importance of physical fitness is a really big issue because many kids in our countries these say are suffering of obesity. Physical fit ness was and still is affecting many people not only physical but also mentally. For example many teenagers think that just because they are obesity there world has ended. Many teenage girls commit suicide because they think that no one loves them but in reality they just haven’t found that person in the world.our president want many people to start living longer. My commitment to the words that our 35th president john Kennedy said is that I will never get into any type of drug because I know what type of damage it could commit and also to always choose the right on anything that comes into my life.

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body; it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
President John f. Kennedy
Reflection:
Many people are smart already and are not in a healthy and strong position. I believe that everyone is smart but many people don’t try hard enough to try to reach that intelligence. I also believe that just because a person is not in a really healthy position that it does not means that that person is not going to have  that intelligence. it doesn't not matter their physical way of looking.

For example, if your family is always saying stuff about you like that they think that you are not going to be something in life you always have to prove them wrong by actually trying to do something, so that one day when you become a someone in life the will be regret what they once said to you that put down when you were trying to get up… J
